After a long time and many upgrade processes, I think it's time for this server to reboot, so that it can uses new kernel and enables some new features.
This was done at 20071205 4:44pm. Almost the end of the year.

想找時間/機會來把這個站玩起來.
土炮網的構想是在跟 cclien 一起到馬來西亞做 Project_A 產生的,
因為後端從頭到尾, 全都是兩個人土炮出來的 XD
心裡的第一個計劃, 就是用 perl + forks/thread 做 multi-thread/multi-process + share memory 寫一個 high-performance 的 http server, 還不到名字, 暫時先叫 BlueTTP(d) 好了.
BlueT, mulTi-Thread(/process) , HTTP, Perl. 這些 keyword 都在裡面了.
為啥不叫 BTTP(d) 就好?
因為 H (E-ch) 是兩個音節, 所以也跟著囉.
又是一個土炮惡搞 ?
手殘不小心把 ls -R /etc/cron* 下成 rm -R /etc/cron*
由這個故事可以知道, 以後晚上還是去睡覺好, 不要半夜爬起來弄系統.
所以就想把系統升級.
用 $ do-release-upgrade 加了 sudo 還用了 chmod a+x, 怎麼 python 一直 OSError Errno 12 Permission denied 呢?!
搞半天它幫我 download auto-upgrade-script 到 /tmp 解開後要跑, 卻被 noexec 檔下來 XD
就這樣, 又到中午了.... 我醒著多久了?
There are some new features.
Thus there's no changelog in .deb package for ubuntu,
but i found it added the dbus support, SkypeAPI (skype hardware),
and the SkypeWeb API support option.
[Main Menu] -> [Options] -> [Privacy] -> Show my status on Web.
That mean you can place a icon on the web page to show your status,

加了 SkypeWeb API support, 現在可以直接點圖打給 NOS.
功能比想象中的少, 而且每個 nos 這邊的 skype 都要 2.0 版以上, 並且把功能選項打開才能用 :~

這幾天好好衝了一下, 把這支程式完成了.
為了求精簡訊速, 改寫了三次.
Features:
1. 自定所要 mirror 的 ubuntu 版本的 archive
2. 只 mirror 所要的版本 archive, 節省硬碟空間.
3. 不斷改進中的 UI
4. 自動化 download Packages.gz 並分析, 提供所需的資訊.
5. 自動更新 package pool 中的檔案並移除舊檔, 不再被過時檔案佔用硬碟空間.

Due to the post failure of the last post, I checked what the sudoers did to try to understand what happened. But nothing useful found. In the other way i noticed that there're some updates availible, so i deleted the sudoer and performe an system upgrade by apt-build.
JasonWu was trying to install Avast! Antivirus Server Edition on Ubuntu 7.04 (zh_TW), but there was something wrong, buring the installation procedure.
(閱讀全文)先是到台北 SecuTech 沒網路, 然後又是感冒又是老媽開刀, 這週五要第二次回診, 如果聲帶萎縮狀況沒好轉, 就要再次動刀.
自己的 CPU loading 有點過高, 以致於無法 send netflow / sflow 出去 (回報工作狀況), 也無法寫入 log (寫 blog), 真的有點慘... (苦笑)
要準備的東西好多, 要做得事情好多.
昨天加班到中午回家後一覺睡到晚上, 醒在一個很尷尬的半夜 12 點.... 這是要我醒還是要我睡呀？！ 囧rz
翻起了 Gray-Hat Hacking 讀到清晨五點睡. 這種感覺真好, 而且也好久沒有了 :D
構思著現在家裡的擺設, 除了這裡調調那裡搬搬外, 還缺了一張沙發. 我喜歡落地窗前的沙發的感覺 :-3
